I'm Julie Fleagle, a Maryland Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and the founder of the Therapist Wellness Initiative and the Therapist WELL Intensive. After years of supporting clinicians in community mental health, private practice, and organizational settings, I began to see a pattern: therapists were burning out not because they lacked skill or resilience, but because they lacked spaces designed specifically for their healing.

I understand the realities of clinical work firsthand. I’ve been in the late-night documentation cycles, felt the emotional carryover from hard sessions, and navigated the pressure to do more, see more, and be more. You don’t need to explain those stressors to me; I already know them intimately.

My approach integrates trauma-informed care, mindfulness, clinical supervision theory, and therapist identity work. Together, we will move beyond symptom relief and into deeper exploration of the internal barriers that impact your confidence and presence as a clinician.

 

My mission is simple: to support the people who support everyone else. Here, you’ll find a safe place to reflect, reset, and realign with the work you love, without losing yourself in the process.

Instead of simply managing symptoms, we’ll dig deep into the root causes of self-doubt, perfectionism, and performance anxiety so you can reclaim your confidence as a clinician.

Burnout isn’t the end.  It’s a sign that something needs to shift. Together, we’ll work to restore your energy, reset boundaries, and develop strategies that help you reconnect with why you became a therapist in the first place.

Between-Session Support

Because healing doesn’t just happen once a week, you’ll also have access to an app with journal prompts, Mindful Minute reminders, and other tools to help support you between sessions.  

Intensive Package Includes:

●  Individual Sessions: 60-minute sessions, once per week, with Julie Fleagle, LCPC.

●  Group Support:  60-minute group, once per week.  

●  Therapist WELL app: Stay on track with an app designed to be your therapy journey companion.  

Package Price:  $200 per individual and group session.
